Baking everything ourselves underpins Manor Made Cornwall.

A love of baking brought Heid to Carlyon Bay and opening a Beach Cafe. A desire to create a small batch bakery utilising the local kitchens and products a quirky Beach Cafe menu grew.

Now four years on Manor Made Cornwall has maintained it’s principles of baking what we sell. From the bakes and cakes you find at the Beach and at Little Winnick you can be assured it is all handcrafted by our growing team of bakers and cakers.

Heidi now leads Manor Made with a small team of bakers working in the kitchen to continue making our bakes and cakes by hand.
