Chapter 2

Chapter 2. Building on the last four years, and putting the foundations in place for a bit of an exciting time.

So what does this actually mean?

It means the Beach Cafe - that little blue and white shed where it began on Carlyon Bay and the Little Winnick Cafe are where I am focussing. It means I have a new found belief in both myself and the epic friends I am so lucky to have around me. It means a new kitchen and a new injection of enthusiasm, knowledge skill and exciting bakes. It means a new belief in Manor Made and the bakes the team and I are creating. And it means, cheesy I know, but I believe everything happens for a reason. New people crash into our lives when we need it most to help us into the next chapter.

Chapter 2

Maybe it’s better to start like all good stories do…Once upon there was a Mum, who still felt like at small girl, stood at in the kitchen watching her Mum bake, who had an ambition. An ambition to create and sell cakes and bakes that people loved. That ambition and changed and been shaped other the years but now the drive is clearer than ever: To create. To Believe. To Grow. So here we are; 2025, at the beach, at Little Winnick taking flavours, bakes, cakes and Beach High Teas to a new level - more on this coming so soon - it’s the most exciting development to our baking style.
