Winter wonder - exciting times!

Exciting news gang!

We have been open on Carlyon Bay for four years - but this is our very first winter of staying open all winter and I cannot wait!

The Bake Hut is day by day being transformed in to a Scandavian hut of joy and quirkiness. You will find our wonderful hand baked cakes, cookies and sausage rolls along with an extended winter brunch and soup menu - ideal to warm up after a beach walk.

The tables and chairs are lined with fur rugs and blankets are on hand to warm when the wind is brisk.

Our ever popular loyalty cards are flying out so making sure you pick one up and start collecting stamps to earn free coffee with us.

One of our most popular cakes currently is the ‘Lucious Gingerbread’ - it is a Nigella Lawson recipe that started life as a vgean gingerbread but then I have adapted it to become made without wheat too. Have a go at making this one - it keeps well and is amazing warmed up with custard.
