Hand painted cookies

I love cookies and I love painting. Businesses and children are not the best background to nurture or indulge painting. Until that is I found a way to combine the two! Thanks to a LOT of pinterest and doom scrolling late at night I realised I could paint cookies.

The base is a traditional sugar cookie. They boast just the right amount of bite yet are super soft in the middle.

The morish cookies are topped with sugar paste which provides the perfect canvas to hand paint the Christmas themes on.
